Dorchester Bay City

The 36-acre site is designed to create a balanced neighborhood with a mix of uses that includes affordable housing and prioritizes an inclusive ground floor experience, new pedestrian and bike access, multiple open spaces with different programming opportunities, and flexible retail spaces to create opportunity and support small, local and MBE/WBE owned businesses.

Suffolk Downs

The redevelopment will transform 161 acres into a new resilient mixed-use neighborhood served by two stops on the MBTA Blue Line. Suffolk Downs will create 10,000 new units of housing to meet critical demand in the market, and will provide a mix of senior, workforce, family and young professional housing, including over 900 affordable units.

Bunker Hill Housing

The Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment project has received all master site and phase one design approvals from City of Boston regulatory boards while also securing the necessary private financing to begin demolition and construction for Phase 1. With each future phase, there will be additional public meetings and a design review process.

1515 Commonwealth Ave.

The site is immediately adjacent to Boston’s subway system, is centrally located near a number of major institutions, including Boston College, Boston University, St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, and the newly-developed headquarters complex of New Balance. It also is situated atop one of the highest points in the City of Boston, affording it 360-degree views of the skylines of both Boston and Cambridge, the Charles River, and the wooded hills of the western suburbs.

On the Dot

The On the Dot redevelopment of the 21-plus acres of Core Investment’s land, west of Dorchester Avenue between B Street and Southampton Street, constitutes the welcome revival of an area that more than a century ago was an innovation and manufacturing powerhouse in Boston and for the nation. The area evolved into a light industrial district in the mid-1900s and now is being transformed for today’s economy and residents.

Parcel P3 Roxbury

P3 is a 7.7 acre, publicly-owned vacant piece of land assembled during the Campus High Urban Renewal Plan. Due to its large size, proximity to public transit, major roads and educational facilities, this site has the potential to contribute to the economic development in the Roxbury area while advancing the community’s commitments to affordable housing, arts and culture, and equity.
